Elle est fix\u00e9e au d\u00e9but du contrat de location ou de cr\u00e9dit et est presque toujours exprim\u00e9e en pourcentage. Plus la <strong>valeur r\u00e9siduelle<\/strong> est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la mensualit\u00e9 est faible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>valeur r\u00e9siduelle<\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas une science exacte. La <strong>valeur r\u00e9siduelle<\/strong> est \u00e0 la fois une pr\u00e9vision et un outil tactique puissant.
